So I had the pleasure of attending The Princess' end of ther year party. Several parents joined forces to come up with food and activities to make the hour that we had fun. I must confess that this really cool idea wasn't mine :( But I want to share it because the kids loved it so much.
A really fabulous mom brought a beach ball for each kid and a pack of multicolored sharpies. We inflated the balls before the kids returned and put the owners name on the circle on top of the ball (opposite the inflation tube) so we could help them keep up with the balls. The we turned the kids loose with the markers. At the end of the party, each kid had a cute little ball with all of the friends and teacher's signatures.
What a great way to end kindergarten! Welcome to first grade, my love!
